We will refund 100% of the processing fee (excluding the government non-refundable charges) if your work visa is refused. And, as a gesture of goodwill, we’ll credit you with a $150 bonus refund from our end — because we respect your time and trust.
For student visa programs, we charge an application fee only. Because you haven’t paid the full fee upfront, there are no refunds — but you don’t lose much either! We make it simple and risk-free to you.
Refunds happen within 60 days upon submitting valid proof of rejection. We also provide free reapplication assistance in most scenarios!
